KSEB Bill Calculator 2026: Domestic Tariff, Telescopic vs Non-Telescopic Slabs

KSEB bills homes every two months, but the slabs use your monthly average. Up to 250 units a month you pay telescopic rates (₹3.35 for the first 50 units, rising to ₹8.50 for 201-250). Above 250 units a month, every unit is charged at one higher rate (₹6.75 to ₹9.20), so 260 units a month costs far more than 250. Enter the units from your bill to see the energy charge, 10% duty, fixed charge and total.

What is telescopic and non-telescopic in KSEB? Telescopic: each slab is charged at its own rate. Non-telescopic (above 250 units a month): every unit is charged at the rate of the band you fall in.

What is the KSEB rate per unit in 2026? From ₹3.35 (first 50 units) to ₹8.50 (201-250) under telescopic billing, and ₹6.75 to ₹9.20 for all units above 250 a month*.
