Andhra Pradesh’s post-matric scholarship, applied through the Jnanabhumi portal, has two parts: RTF (reimbursement of the full tuition fee fixed by APHERMC, paid to the college) and MTF (₹10,000 a year for ITI, ₹15,000 for polytechnic, ₹20,000 for degree and above, for food and hostel). These were called Vidya Deevena and Vasathi Deevena until 2024. SC, ST, BC, EBC, Kapu, minority and differently-abled students with family income up to ₹2.5 lakh can apply. Check yours below.

Talliki Vandanam is different
Talliki Vandanam pays ₹15,000 a year per school child (class 1-12) to the mother (₹13,000 credited after a ₹2,000 school maintenance deduction*). It is for school students; Jnanabhumi RTF / MTF is for college (post-matric) students. A family can get both for different children.
The NDA government continued RTF / MTF under G.O.Ms.87 (20 Nov 2024)*, but release dates have often been delayed; colleges cannot withhold certificates for pending RTF as per government instructions*. Related: TS ePASS scholarship, scholarship status checker.
