If she first takes a ₹6 lakh bank loan at 10% for 5 years, the EMI is about ₹12,748; once the subsidy is released and adjusted, the loan falls to ₹1,50,000 and the EMI to about ₹3,187. A general-category farmer with the same unit gets ₹3,00,000.

Fish farming subsidy in your state
PMMSY rates (40% / 60%) are the same across states, because the centre and state share the subsidy. What changes is the unit cost list, the application window and any extra state top-up. Apply through your state fisheries department: Bihar (fisheries.bihar.gov.in), Uttar Pradesh (fisheries.up.gov.in), Odisha (odishafisheries.nic.in), Haryana (harfish.gov.in), Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and others run the same PMMSY components.
