Under Telangana LRS 2020, the regularisation charge = plot area (sq m) × basic rate (₹200 to ₹750 per sq m by plot size) × a percentage (20% to 100%) set by the plot’s market value per sq yard on 26 August 2020. If the layout has no 10% open space, a further 14% of the plot value is charged. For a 200 sq yd plot valued at ₹4,000 per sq yd, the charge is about ₹20,067; with a 25% rebate it falls to about ₹15,050. The ₹1,000 application fee paid in 2020 is separate.
