Bhu Bharati (ex-Dharani) 2026: Land Status, Acre-Gunta to Sq Yards Converter and What Changed

Telangana’s Dharani portal was replaced by Bhu Bharati under the Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, launched on 14 April 2025. Land is shown in acres and guntas: 1 gunta = 121 sq yards, so “2 acres 10 guntas” = 10,890 sq yards (98,010 sq ft). The old Dharani links now open Bhu Bharati (bhubharati.telangana.gov.in). The converter below turns your extent into every unit and tells you which records to check.
