Jodhpur ka 28 saal ka yuva ₹60 lakh ki packaging unit lagata hai — ₹50 lakh bank loan, 10% byaj, 7 saal. Margin money: 25% = ₹12.5 lakh, par cap ₹5 lakh, to ₹5 lakh. Byaj subsidy 8% — pehle saal ₹4 lakh, phir loan ghatne ke saath kam; 5 saal mein kul ₹14.3 lakh. Kul lagbhag ₹19.3 lakh ki madad; pehle 5 saal effective byaj sirf 2%.
Kaun eligible hai
- Rajasthan ka mool niwasi, umar 18–45 saal.
- Nayi micro / small unit ya purani unit ka expansion — manufacturing, service ya trading.
- Bank / financial institution ka defaulter nahi.
- Shamil nahi: meat, sharab, explosives, kheti, mining, real estate, NGO/trust, ₹15 lakh se mehenge commercial vehicle.
Apply kaise karein
- Project report banayein (machinery, building, working capital) — 10% apna hissa.
- SSO ID se DIC portal par VYUPY form bharein, documents lagayein.
- DIC 30 din mein district committee ko bhejta hai; ₹10 lakh se upar interview.
- Bank sanction aur disbursement ke baad margin money FD mein aur byaj subsidy har saal credit hoti hai.

VYUPY mein kitna loan milta hai? ₹2 crore tak ka bank loan — nayi unit ya expansion ke liye, manufacturing, service ya trading. Kam se kam 10% project cost apni jeb se lagani hoti hai.
Byaj par kitni subsidy milti hai? ₹1 crore tak ke loan par 8% saalana, ₹1 se 2 crore par 7%. Mahila, SC/ST, divyang, gramin unit aur karigar ko ₹1 crore se upar bhi 8%. Yeh 5 saal tak milti hai, aur bank ke byaj se zyada nahi ho sakti.
Margin money kaise milta hai? Loan ka 25% ya ₹5 lakh, jo kam ho. Bank ise FD mein rakhta hai aur 3 saal unit chalne ke baad aapke loan mein adjust karta hai.
Umar kitni honi chahiye? Apply karte samay 18 se 45 saal, aur Rajasthan ka mool niwasi hona zaroori hai. Bank defaulter apply nahi kar sakte.
Apply kahan karein? SSO ID se District Industries Centre (DIC) portal par online. DIC 30 din mein district task force committee ko bhejta hai; ₹10 lakh se bade loan par interview hota hai. Phir bank loan sanction karta hai.
