Based on the TRACE (Trade Regulations, Accreditation and Compliance Enablement) guidelines under the Export Promotion Mission – Niryat Disha (operative 20 Feb 2026) as amended by DGFT Trade Notice 09/2026-27 (1 Jul 2026): up to 95% (micro & small) / 80% (medium) of the actual cost net of taxes, duties and cess, or the notified ceiling for that certification, whichever is lower; max ₹50 lakh per IEC per financial year; paid 50% after certification and 50% after linked exports. Paisa do kisht mein
- RC-1: certificate milte hi 50%.
- RC-2: us certification se jude export dikhane par baaki 50%.
- Intent-to-Claim ke 2 saal ke andar RC-1 claim, warna lapse.
- RC-1 ke 2 saal mein export proof nahi diya toh RC-2 lapse aur RC-1 wapas bhi maanga ja sakta hai.

Micro unit, EU ke liye CE marking + testing ka kharcha ₹6 lakh (GST alag). TRACE 95% = ₹5,70,000 — certificate par ₹2,85,000 aur export ke baad ₹2,85,000. Aapka kharcha sirf ₹30,000.
Apply kaise karein
- DGFT portal (Niryat Disha) par login → TRACE → Intent-to-Claim — certification body ko paisa dene se pehle.
- Testing / audit / certification poora karein — certificate milna zaroori.
- RC-1: certificate, invoice, payment proof aur zaroorat ka saboot (buyer / market requirement) upload karein.
- Export ke baad RC-2: shipping bills jo us certification se jude hon.
